Provide a variety of member functions which involve receiving and disbursing funds under supervision in accordance with the policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to the operations department. Duties involve constant and direct dealing with credit union members and potential members.

Qualifications:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Teller experience preferred.

Review documentation for all closed loan files for compliance with Quality Control programs for portfolio and secondary market guidelines. Prepare packages for government agency guaranty. Prepare packages for internal and external audit reviews. Review requests for subordinations and partial releases. Monitor loans with multiple indebtedness mortgages for re-inscription. 
 
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Minimum of two years of clerical and offices experience, preferably in real estate or mortgage lending experience; or a combination of formal training and experience.
