Liquidation Specialist

Responsible for the appraisal, inspection and sale/disposal and performs other functions involving repossessed rolling collateral. Responsible for correspondence, reports and other documentation related to repossession of collateral. Act as a liaison between Barksdale Federal Credit Union, members and attorneys. Also responsible for all incoming telephone calls and questions concerning legal accounts.
Requirements: Previous collection experience preferred. Basic understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Understanding of Small Claims Court system. Knowledge of collection procedures and related laws and regulations. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.
Universal Service Representative

As a Universal Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps them with everyday banking needs. From processing deposits and withdrawals to assisting with loan payments and issuing cashier’s checks, you’ll ensure every transaction is accurate and efficient. You’ll also help balance daily transactions, support your teammates, and take on a variety of branch tasks to keep things running smoothly. As needed, you may also help open and close accounts, update member information, and provide account support.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union. General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.
Member Service Representative

Your primary duties will include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, and cash advances accurately and efficiently. In addition to your main responsibilities, you will perform assigned side-jobs and assist other tellers as needed to ensure seamless operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that members receive prompt, professional service that enhances their banking experience.
