Responsible for preparing, maintaining, implementing and coordinating Bank Secrecy Act training.  Conducts member account Identity Theft and Elder Abuse/Exploitation investigations. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing and record keeping of all incoming court orders and member information release requests such as but not limited to; Subpoenas, Search Warrants, Child Support Levy’s, EPS Information Requests, Bank Garnishments etc...  Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and coordinating security and disaster preparedness training. This position requires an extremely high level of confidentiality, tact, courtesy and judgment. 

Requirements: Ability to travel outside the local area for brief periods of time. Knowledge of BSA procedures and related laws and regulations. Excellent communication, telephone, and public relations skills. High attention to details and thoroughness in work. BSA Compliance Certification preferred though not required. High school diploma or equivalent.

A Virtual Teller is responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. This person will serve as the face of the credit union and as such, must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products, and services. While the primary role of this individual is to process transactions, this person is responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support a sales and service culture. 

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of company operations. General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner. You will address and resolve member inquiries and issues related to accounts, orders, payments, products, and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role includes actively cross-selling products and services to enhance member relationships. This is a high contact position that requires the ability to deal effectively with members by telephone, in writing and via Internet. This role involves managing approximately 25,000 incoming calls and over 35,000 transactions annually.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. At least one year experience in customer service or call center required. Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union. Proficiency in using computer applications and learning new software systems.

Perform all tasks associated with booking direct and indirect consumer loans with the exception of underwriting beginning with taking telephone, mail or e-mail applications to working up the applications for underwriters’ review, communicating with members and closing the loans. The ability to cross sell other Barksdale Federal Credit Union products, excellent communication skills, the capability to perform well in a fast-moving, high-stress environment and a team spirit are key factors in this position. 

Requirements: Knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures. Well organized and strong typing abilities. One to two years of varied office experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Good verbal public relations skills.
