Center Manager II

Direct departmental activity to ensure that deposit and lending operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures. In consultation with the Regional Center Manager directly responsible for center consumer loans, solicitation programs and center growth plans. REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred. Thorough knowledge of Company services and products. Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures. At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
Credit Card Analyst

As a Credit Card Analyst you are responsible for managing card operations, including posting and balancing transactions, as well as performing various card processing functions. The role also involves completing related clerical tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: Performing card transaction processing and balancing. Member Service Representative

Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Ensures customers are promptly and professionally served.
REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate or equivalent. Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union. General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures. Recovery Collector

Responsible of review of written-off loans. Locate and contact debtors in an attempt to recover all or part of the amount owed. This recovery is to be handled through either, payment in full, compromise of settlement, set up monthly payment plan, and if deemed necessary through possible litigation. Produce correspondence reports and other material. Utilize capabilities of equipment to spell check, edit or otherwise organize data in presentation form.

Familiar with default and enforcement clauses. Basic understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Understanding of Small Claims Court system. Previous collection experience preferred.
