Prepares risk analyses for the various activities reviewed. This position is responsible for managign staff auditors and audit resources to ensure proper completion of the audit plan. This position has a consultative relationship with management and may provide guidance on credit union projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience is required. Three to five years of progressive auditing experience. Must be willing to train in the internal auditing profession. Industry certification (Certified Internal Auditor CIA or Certified Information Systems Auditor CISA) preferred but not required; willingness to obtain the certification is required. Other industry certification may be required.

This position is responsible for the member service experience from the opening of an account, through the various services lending and ancillary services offered by the credit union. Deposit services include opening, closing and performing account maintenance. Lending services include loan processing, servicing, and new accounts as assigned. Interviews and takes applications for loans. Prepares loan applications for credit approval and disburses approved loans. These services may be provided electronically or in person. This position is responsible for cross-selling the credit union's products and services, and thus facilitates the credit union becoming the member’s primary financial institution. When problems or questions arise, this position is responsible for initiating a sound resolution.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; Good understanding of financial services and products provided. Knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures. Previous experience with a full-service financial institution helpful.
