Universal Service Representative

As a Universal Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps them with everyday banking needs. From processing deposits and withdrawals to assisting with loan payments and issuing cashier’s checks, you’ll ensure every transaction is accurate and efficient. You’ll also help balance daily transactions, support your teammates, and take on a variety of branch tasks to keep things running smoothly. As needed, you may also help open and close accounts, update member information, and provide account support.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union. General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.

Collector

As a collector, you will be responsible for the review of written-off loans. You will locate and contact debtors in an attempt to recover all or part of the amount owed. This recovery is to be handled through either payment in full, compromise of settlement, monthly payment plans, or if deemed as necessary, through possbile litigation. You will produce the correspondence reports and other material related to your assigned loans. 

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous collection experience preferred. Knowledge of collection procedures and related laws and regulations. Basic understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Understanding of Small Claims Court system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in stressful situations. 

Member Service Representative

As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing a variety of essential financial services. Your primary duties will include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, and cash advances accurately and efficiently. You will balance daily transactions and verify cash totals to maintain accuracy and compliance. In addition to your main responsibilities, you will perform assigned side-jobs and assist other tellers as needed to ensure seamless operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that members receive prompt, professional service that enhances their banking experience.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union. General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.
