The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors by answering incoming telephone calls, greeting members and guests as they enter the branch in a professional and courteous manner, and directing inquiries to the appropriate employee or department. This position provides general information and assistance to members while performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support daily branch operations. Responsibilities include assisting branch personnel with operational and administrative tasks as needed while maintaining the confidentiality of member information and ensuring compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union. General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.

The Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for servicing mortgage loans and performing related administrative and clerical duties in accordance with established mortgage lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position ensures the accurate and timely servicing of mortgage accounts, provides exceptional service to members, and supports the daily operations of the Mortgage Lending Department. The Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative also assists with escrow inquiries, insurance claim processing, payoff requests, and other servicing functions while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.

Requirements: One or more years of experience in mortgaging servicing, banking, or related customer service role. Strong understanding of data privacy, security and compliance standards in digital environments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and multi-line phone systems.

The Business Relationship Officer is responsible for business development and commercial lending activities for the Business Services department. This position develops and maintains relationships with existing and prospective business members by identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate business products and services. The Business Relationship Officer originates and processes business loans, supports commercial members throughout the lending process, and works to expand the credit union's business portfolio through exceptional service and community engagement.

Requirements: Five to eight years of similar or related experience. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Excellent sales abilities. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

The Direct Loan Associate is responsible for assisting members with direct consumer loan applications from initial inquiry through loan closing. Serving as the primary point of contact for members throughout the lending process, this position receives and processes loan applications, gathers required documentation, prepares loan files for underwriting review, and coordinates loan closings. While the position may assist with booking indirect consumer loans, its primary focus is supporting members applying directly through Barksdale Federal Credit Union. The Direct Loan Associate delivers exceptional member service while identifying opportunities to recommend additional credit union products and services.

Requirements: Knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures. Well organized and strong typing abilities. One to two years of varied office experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Good verbal public relations skills.

Serving as the primary point of contact for participating dealerships throughout the lending process, this position receives and processes loan applications, gathers required documentation, prepares loan files for underwriting review, and coordinates loan funding. While the primary focus is supporting indirect lending, the Indirect Loan Associate also assists with processing direct consumer loan applications as business needs require. This position works closely with dealership personnel, members, underwriters, and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate loan processing while providing exceptional service.

In addition to your main responsibilities, you will perform assigned side-jobs and assist other tellers as needed to ensure seamless operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that members receive prompt, professional service that enhances their banking experience.
