Member Service Representative

As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing a variety of essential financial services. Your primary duties will include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, and cash advances accurately and efficiently. You will balance daily transactions and verify cash totals to maintain accuracy and compliance. In addition to your main responsibilities, you will perform assigned side-jobs and assist other tellers as needed to ensure seamless operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that members receive prompt, professional service that enhances their banking experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union. General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.
Center Supervisor

Support the day-to-day operations of the credit union, ensuring deposit and lending activities follow credit union policies and procedures. Work closely with the Center Manager to support consumer lending, member outreach, and center growth initiatives. Serve as a resource for team members and members by providing clear, accurate information about credit union products and services, addressing questions and concerns, and participating in community development activities.
Requirements: At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills. Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High school graduate or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.
