- Personal Tax Returns - Minimum of 2 years
- Business Tax Returns - Up to 3 years or since inception of business
- If applicable - Previous year-end Balance Sheet & Profit/Loss
- If applicable - Current Balance Sheet & Profit/Loss
- If applicable - Pay statements for the past 60 days from any source of income that can be used as basis for repayment
